Fillmore Street Welcomes New French Bakery

A Paris-trained pastry chef has opened Maison Pacific, bringing authentic croissants and pain au chocolat to the neighborhood. The husband-wife team previously worked at Tartine. Early morning lines form before the 7am opening. The space was formerly a dry cleaner.
